As the second edition of the book is no longer available I decided to write a third edition. Some old material has been removed or re-written and there are 67 new pages about all the new things since 2010, including continuous stills.

I have received some questions about Kindle edition, it is not in plans anymore. The reason, they are quite easy to "crack" and then spread around the internet as illegal copies.
